Yes. Your personal and medical information is shared voluntarily, used only by our medical and reservations team to plan your care, and never shared with any third party.

What is the minimum stay at Athreya?

We recommend 7 days for a first taste of Ayurveda, 14 days for a thorough detox, and 21 days as the ideal programme for detox and rejuvenation. Long-standing or chronic conditions may need 28 days. Your doctor will recommend the right duration for your situation.

How do I get to Athreya?

The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport (COK), approximately 95 km away. We can arrange airport pickup from Cochin for ₹6,600, or from Trivandrum for ₹12,000 (to and fro). Please share your flight details with us after your booking is confirmed.
