As always, my Third party visit to the Athreya Ayurvedic Centre was very intense and sustained. Ayurveda takes place here and not a wellness treatment. The daily consultations with doctors, the treatments with therapists are so valuable and support the healing process.

Athreya Ayruvedic Center is located in southern India, Kerala, surrounded by rice fields, where Pink Lily (Indian Lotus) grow. It is a little piece of paradise, the garden is very well maintained and the cottages with terrace are very comfortable.
